If I am a resident student, how do I purchase a Meal Plan?
As a resident student you select your meal plan on Today@Dean in the Housing and Dining section. All resident students must enroll in the Unlimited Plan except for students living in Franklin Commons, who may choose the Block 100 Plan.
Are meal plans available to commuter students, faculty, snad staff?
Yes! We offer meal plans and Boomer Bucks for commuter students, faculty, and staff. Please visit our meal plan page or visit our office in the Smith Dining Center for available options.
What are Boomer Bucks?
Boomer Bucks are declining balance dollars that can be added to your ID card and may be used at any of our on-campus dining locations and select off-campus restaurants. Boomer Bucks can be purchased online on this site, or by visiting our office in the Smith Dining Center.
May I bring guests to dine with me in the Smith Dining Center?
The Smith Dining Center is open to the public. If you have an unlimited dining plan, you may use guest passes. If you do not have guest passes you may pay the door price using Boomer Bucks, Cash or Credit Card upon entry.
The door prices are:
- Breakfast: $9.75
I have special dietary requirements. Are you able to accommodate me?
Yes, our dedicated staff is happy accommodate students with special dietary needs. We provide nutritional facts on the dining menus within the dining center and post allergen alerts where applicable. In addition, we offer menu items that accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets. Our registered Dietician, Gabrielle Mele RD, LDN, IFNCP, is available for consultations and may be reached by email at gabrielle.mele@sodexo.com.
